Maestro Pablo Zinger, called “The King of Zarzuela” by The Metropolitan Opera’s Opera News, will collaborate with three outstanding operatic artists: Venezuelan soprano María Brea, Ecuadorian-Puerto Rican mezzo Linda Collazo and Puerto Rican tenor Juan Hernández.

Born in Madrid around 1640, ZARZUELA is defined as Spanish and Latin American Musical Theater, a common heritage of Spanish-speaking people throughout the world. It ranges from the lightest and shortest cabaret-like pieces to the heaviest, most demanding operatic works.
