Teatro Círculo, celebrating its 30th Anniversary presents EL ESPACIO ENTREMEDIAS
(The Space in Between) by Fernando Travesí.

CALLBACKseries2025 promotes Latinx artists whose work had been previously produced at the developmental level in NYC and deserves to be “called back” for a Main Stage presentation, and in 2025 it celebrates its 10th anniversary.

Directed by Leyma López and performed by María Fontanals and Fernando Gazzaniga, this contemporary play presents the story of a couple who decide to raise their child, Alex, without assigning them a gender, causing their family, friends, the child’s school, and the government to challenge their decision.
