Teatro Círculo, which celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2024, is one of the various theatre companies that are part of our Hispanic Federation. The ad that caught my attention referred to a classic Spanish play that the company has on stage until next weekend.

This version of Calderón de la Barca’s classical masterpiece ‘El alcalde de Zalamea’ is set during the invasion of Puerto Rico by the US Army in 1898.
