FIESTA DE LA ZARZUELA

An anthology of the best solos, duets and trios from Spanish and Latin American zarzuelas.

Conceived and directed by Pablo Zinger

A collaboration with operatic artists: soprano María Brea, mezzo Linda Collazo and tenor Juan Hernández.

Born in Madrid around 1640, ZARZUELA is defined as Spanish and Latin American Musical Theater, a common heritage of Spanish-speaking people throughout the world. It ranges from the lightest and shortest cabaret-like pieces to the heaviest, most demanding operatic works.
