THE NYSCA AFFORDABLE
REHEARSAL RENTAL PROGRAM
Teatro Círculo’s Affordable Rehearsal Rental Program will provide a minimum of 100 hours of deeply discounted rentals to artists and entities throughout New York City, for $10/hour at our modernized 3rd Floor studio space. The days and times the space will be available will be the PEAK hours of Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No Weekends), excluding Federal Holidays and weeks when Teatro Círculo uses the space.
Access to affordable rental signals our intention of creating a safe space where emerging writers, actors, directors, dancers, and performance-based artists are encouraged to think big, while supporting each other through the process of creation.

3rd Floor Studio Rehearsal Rental Rates are as follows:
Commercial – For Profit:
$30 per hour
Nonprofit
$10 per hour
Up to 100 hours per calendar year
Individual Artists
$10 per hour
Up to 100 hours per calendar year
For all other non-rehearsal rental activities in the 3rd Floor Studio, the rates are:
Class, Instructional, Conference Meeting Rental Rates:
Commercial – For Profit: $40 per hour.
Nonprofit: $35 per hour.
Filming / Holding Rental Rates:
Film Commercial Rate: $1,500 per day. 12-hour day
Film Nonprofit Rate: $1,000 per day. 12-hour day
Special Events Rental Rates:
Family Events & Community Meetings: $75 per hour. For a minimum of a 4-hour day
Commercial & Nonprofit Meetings: $500 per day. For a minimum of a 4-hour day

AFFORDABLE THEATER RENTALS
Teatro Círculo, located in New York City’s premier Off Off Broadway Theater Districts, on the fabulous 4th Arts Block in the East Village between Bowery and 2nd Avenue, has rental opportunities for independent producers, nonprofit entities, individuals artists and workshop instructors. Available for rental are two black box spaces and one rehearsal studio space.
Main Stage
Mainstage Blackbox Theater (74 Seats) Permitted Uses: Audio Recordings, Live/Works, Exhibitions, Meetings, Screenings, Video/Film Shoots, Photo Shoots, Auditions, Classes, Rehearsals, Performances, Special Events, Readings. Disciplines: Dance, Music, Theatre, Film, Visual Art
MAIN STAGE RENTAL RATES:
Commercial: $4,000 per week
Nonprofit: $3,500 per week
SECOND STAGE
Second Stage Blackbox Theater (50 Seats) Permitted Uses: Live/Work, Exhibitions, Studio Arts, Meetings, Screenings, Video/Film Shoots, Photo Shoots, Special Events, Live Performances, Rehearsals, Classes, Auditions, Readings. Disciplines: Dance, Music, Theatre, Film, Visual Art
SECOND STAGE RENTAL RATES:
Commercial: $3,200 per week
Nonprofit: $2,800 per week
STUDIO THEATER
Rehearsal Studio Theatre (45 Seats) Permitted Uses: Live/Work, Exhibition, Studio Art, Meetings, Screenings, Video/Film Shoots, Photo Shoots, Special Events, Live Performances, Rehearsals, Classes, Auditions, and Readings. Disciplines: Dance, Music, Theatre, Film, Visual Art
STUDIO THEATER RENTAL RATES:
Commercial & Nonprofit: $750 per day, for a minimum of an 8-hour day
